The room was a bit tired looking and could do with a makeover.The fridge didn't fit in the cupboard so you had trouble closing the fridge door. Otherwise, the bed was really comfy and the room was nice and quiet. Previous stays at this hotel included breakfast in the room price but they now charge an extra $20 per person for this. Parking isn't included in the room fee either.

I have just stayed at the Pullman hotel for 3 night with a special deal of pay 2 for 3 nights equalling about $150 per night. which is really a good bargain. The service is WOW. I was served by Michael when I checked in and checked out. I work in Customer Servicing myself so I used to pick people's wins and learns when I receive service but I can't pick any learns for Michael. The service is just perfectly right. Warm, friendly, willing to help, smile, everything is just spot on. Thanks Michael for making our trip even better. The room is very clean and the hotel is just close to everything. We really enjoy our stay and will definitely come back and try to visit other Pullman when we travel.

This was a quite luxurious hotel. We had a standard room which was large with entrance lobby and a balcony with views over the harbour and back to the mountains. Lovely tropical decor with shuttered theme. Well stocked minibar and quality coffee and teas with bone china cups and teapot. Bathroom had huge marble shower and a spa bath with shutters that could be opened into bedroom. We would not normally stay at a casino hotel but the casino was quite separate from the hotel itself. There was a Chinese restaurant which was excellent but a bit on the pricey side (eating out in Australia has gone through the roof for us Kiwis) and the signature resta;urant served an adequate breakfast.
