Location
The Aisawan Resort and Spa is located in the centre of Pattaya, amidst lush botanical rock gardens. The resort has its own private beach, the only one in Pattaya, where you can explore the Island situated around the resort. Receptionists need improvement in assisting users' query about transportation. Other staffs are very helpful, especially waiters of the restruants. Free shuttle bus to shopping mall is good but the service time recommended to be extended. In conclusion, very good hotel with excellent sea view and services provisions.
