Only what I looking in future is fitting room. Restaurant was excellent and people around smily and friendly

It was really the best location for my purpose. For arriving early I got upgraded to a balcony room at the 9th floor...that is the best part...a room with a fantastic view to usher New Year in Paris! It is centrally located that most of the tour buses and metro is just a block away. Service is very good, rooms are clean, and staff are all very courteous and helpful.

Had a room with balcony and view of Eiffel Tower (at extra cost). Location, staff, room and food were first class. Price was expensive but it is Paris despite a recession. Facilities sufficient. Would pick for a special occassion but there are cheaper in Paris but view not just as good. I would recommend for those on a very special occassion but budget depending.

You pay for the location which is next to the Eiffel Tower, close to the center; spectacular view; the hotel has 2 wings, the deluxe rooms which are ok and the standard rooms which are not - they are overpriced; air conditioning / heating is old and was working non stop (broken termostat); rooms had pluming problems, etc. otherwise quite big and nice; the breakfast food is ok but the same stuff every day

the room was very nice ..and with the Eiffel view. However lack of elevators was a huge problem. Waiting time unbareable...also at check in.../ out ...it seems the hotel was understaff'ed / bad organized.
