It was really the best location for my purpose. For arriving early I got upgraded to a balcony room at the 9th floor...that is the best part...a room with a fantastic view to usher New Year in Paris! It is centrally located that most of the tour buses and metro is just a block away. Service is very good, rooms are clean, and staff are all very courteous and helpful.

Had a room with balcony and view of Eiffel Tower (at extra cost). Location, staff, room and food were first class. Price was expensive but it is Paris despite a recession. Facilities sufficient. Would pick for a special occassion but there are cheaper in Paris but view not just as good. I would recommend for those on a very special occassion but budget depending.

You pay for the location which is next to the Eiffel Tower, close to the center; spectacular view; the hotel has 2 wings, the deluxe rooms which are ok and the standard rooms which are not - they are overpriced; air conditioning / heating is old and was working non stop (broken termostat); rooms had pluming problems, etc. otherwise quite big and nice; the breakfast food is ok but the same stuff every day

the room was very nice ..and with the Eiffel view. However lack of elevators was a huge problem. Waiting time unbareable...also at check in.../ out ...it seems the hotel was understaff'ed / bad organized.

A very nice hotel, the location can't be beat, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel tower. Great resteraunt and one of the best breakfasts I've had.

The staff at this hotel were very approachable, freindly, informative and helpfull. The facilities were the only downside i found - there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the Delux rooms compared to the Queen suite. taking into account the price per room, i was somewhat surprised. My only other concern, ongoing at this present moment, but is not directly linked to the Hotel itself, was that I originally asked for a smoking suite when booking through [your website] on the internet. This was not a smoking suite when I arrived. The staff pulled out all the stops and rectified that upon my arrival but could only offer me a Delux room - smoking - which was all they had available at the time. However, [your website] have yet to respond to my enquiry to request a refund of the difference in price from a Queen suite to a Delux room.
