The staff were really nice and let us do an early check-in (we must've looked really tired) and gave us an upgrade! Since it was going to be my birthday while staying there, I was told that they would do a little something for me on the day, but... I guess they forgot because there were no surprises. The hotel is really nice, rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soooo comfy, and I loved the pillows! The hotel is fairly close to the metro, which is really convenient! Overall, it was a really good first time in Paris!

Excellent facilities. Helpful, well trained staff. Comfy beds! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, but the famous 'sofitel beds' didn't materialise. Have stayed in Sofitel Bruges where the beds were amazing, the beds in Sofitel Bercy were standard, uncomfortable, single twins. Also, you advertise they have cable/satellite TV - they don't!! Sofitel Bruges does, and thought I would get the same quality of facilities in Paris, but didn't and was quite disappointed by this. Generally though, the service, helpfulness of staff, location and hotel itself was good. Just expected a little more bang for my buck given the whopping rates!
