Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa
3 out of 5

The Hotel had nice swiming pools and entry areas BUT I expect 5-star hotels to mean 5-star accomodation. I found the Studio Room to be devoid of all but a king bed and side tables. No seats or desks (for computer, writing etc)... 4 star at most. The staff were 5-star but Accor struggle to present Hotel charm amongst time-share rentals. Sorry!

Had a lovey time at Sea Temple. Beautiful pools- lots of families around but didn't seem to spoil the ambience. The rooms were very comfortable- great range of toiletries!! Only issue we had were very flat and uncomfortable pillows- we should have asked for others but didn't- so maybe that could have been fixed. Ate lunch at the lagoon bar and enjoyed it. Worth walking down to NuNu for breakfast.

Absolutely fabulous hotel - rooms well designed for ultimate privacy and comfort. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location about 1km out of Palm Cove so quite a walk but easy walking to Wildlife Zoo. Could also walk to next beach down - Clifton beach for Coles and Target. Palm Cove is grossly over priced and only expensive restaurants/shops available all offering same choice eg. $4.90 for 1 small scoop icecream! No swimming in the sea apart from a small netted area. Good regular bus service to Cairns and other beaches.

Quite expensive, but nice apartments. Service generally good - not a great hotel for families of babies as they don't really cater for them apart from cots - ie. no high chairs in apartments, change facilites etc...

Definitely recommend this hotel. The pool is beautiful, the swimout apartments look amazing. I stayed in the penthouse with a very spacious rooftop terrace. And the service was friendly and very efficient.

Lovely place to stay, although not as well located as others of others in the same price bracket. The day spa is very expensive but the rooms and spa baths and great and the pool fantastic

I went to Cairns during probably the warmest period and perhaps the most humid period as well. It would be great if the hotel could provide something like a golf motor-cart or at least a bicycle for hire so that the hotel guess would not have to suffer a rather difficult time walking just to the beach or just to do a little shopping along the beach.

Service was good, however a queen bed was booked and two singles pushed together given. Minor issue in the whole scope of things.

I have travelling quite extensively over the past 5 years, especially staying in nice hotels/resorts due to the business that I am in. This resort, is one of the best I have ever been to. The rooms are gorgeous, the resort has everything you can imagine. And the service is the best bar none.

Very luxurious hotel. A short walk from the main activities in Palm Cove - maybe slightly less convenient with children. Spa excellent. Food and service excellent.

This is a brand new hotel and as such everything is very clean and very well presented. Staff are friendly, the apartments are amazing, rooms have twin sinks and jaccuzi bath! Excellent choice if you want a day relaxing by the pool. Also a good base for exploring the Barrier Reef.
