Pullman London St Pancras (previously Novotel)
5 out of 5

Spent our last two nights in London here, due to the close proximity of St Pancras Station. We came in on the Eurostar and were headed out to Heathrow. The room was modern, clean and really comfortable. Lovely decor and comfortable massive bed! The restaurant for breakfast was calm, relaxing and not a busy mess like some buffet breakfasts can be. Definitely recommend.

I only stayed one night but found the the rooms newly renovated and well appointed, the staff were pretty good and I thought the breakfast was good as well. Location for the Eurostar is perfect and I would stay there again.

The hotel was perfectly placed, very clean and luxurious. The restaurant was good, but the menu was limited if you did not want a large meal. Perfectly placed for transpot lines

Very convenient if travelling into Kings Cross, St Pancras or Euston stations. Staff let you drop off bags if you arrive before check-in and leave them until you're ready to leave if after check-out. We didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on restaurant, but everything else in the hotel is fine. Ask for a high floor to get good views of London. And take a ride in their sky-lift!!

we were leaving on the Eurostar from St Pancras and this hotel is perfect. Just a 5 min walk from the station - tip, we borrowed a trolley from the station for all our luggage. Now rebranded as the Pullman hotel it is bright, modern and very clean. The staff on reception were mostly French or other European and were very smart, helpful and friendly too. One young lady printed off our rail tickets etc and took a lot of trouble for us. the rooms are large, modern, wide screen TV etc and complimentary wifi, paper and water. Proper coffee machines in the room. Would highly recommend staying here and we will next time we're in London

The hotel location is very near the St Pancras Station which was perfect as we arrived from Paris by Eurostar. The staff was very friendly. We booked the Executive Room and room was very spacious & clean, with very comfy king size bed, free wifi and comes with free instant coffee & tea bags. The hotel provides a very good spread of buffet breakfast. We enjoyed 3 nights stay at this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit London again.

We loved this place and the location could not be more perfect - easy access from LHR and to all parts of central London with an Oyster card. Our only complaint was the very unreliable wireless Internet in the room provided by a third party; it never really did work properly. But room, gym, bar, staff and everything else were great!

This hotel is steps from the St. Pancras railway station. So if you're coming in from Paris on the Eurostar like we were, you can't best this hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable.

Stayed four nights at this hotel. After arrival on Eurostar from the continent, it is very convenient that the hotel is situated next to St Pancras station. Quick, efficient and friendly check-in. Room is rather plain but comfortable. Beds clean, comfortable but a bit short. Airconditioning is in good order but next to that, the window can in fact be opened, a big plus! Bathroom was fine, the shower ok. A big disappointment: no free wifi, not even in the lobby. The offer to order pay tv combined with wifi for £15 was too much to ask for.

We were very disappointed in this hotel - although the location was superb, the accommodations did not justify the price. The staff were friendly, but completely non-responsive. Our shower leaked profusely, flooding the bathroom floor, and it took 3 calls to even get additional towels to clean up the mess. It appeared that certain decorative touches had been added to help justify the price - such as a glass vanity - but no attention was paid to the basics such as the plumbing and the comfort of the bed.

Very nice hotel just a few blocks from Kings Cross St. Pancras tube-station. Lovely room, nice facilities and helpful staff - would recommend this to anyone who would like to live in Central London with only a 15min walk down to Oxford Circus!

Next to St Pancras Station (Eurostar) which was our reason for this choice. Not in peak tourist area but easily accessible by underground or buses. We were upgraded to Executive room hence good pricing rating given.
