Great Value! I paid $110 for a room that cost over $220 a year ago! Same beautiful room and service, very handy to Princes St boutique stores and good coffee in Vulcan Lane, handy to Quay and University and Gardens and all CBD.

I stayed in one of the residence suites. They are nice and large and well appointed. There was a kettle missing when I arrived and this was quickly fixed. The breakfast was also included in the price and this was nice. The room was quiet and clean and I would recommend it. My only gripe is the very expensive internet. This is the 21st Century and the internet should be inlcuded.
