Good location for exploring the centre of Madrid. Very helpful and friendly staff. Taxi rank right outside which makes for ease of transfer to the airport.

Very polite and helpful staff. only downside is that the hotel bar isn't used by the clientel. Good location close to metro, would stay there again.
