Ptarmigan Inn Banff Guest Reviews
We loved this motel - it looks lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, great value for money and it's centrally located in Banff.

We have stayed Ptamigan Hotel for 6 nights and enjoyed skiing at Lake-Louis and Sunshine Village. Staffs helped us many times. Location is convenient in Banff. We also enjoyed Jagzzy Bath in the hotel. Undergrounf Parking is very good, but not enough to afford for all guests. Ski locker is easy to access. We would like to stay there again.

Public areas were tired-looking after a season of high occupancy by skiers, I suspect. Our room was directly beneath an extremely noisy water tank and we were woken early each day by loud sounds of running water. An average quality hotel overall, reasonable value for money but in need of some smartening up.

We enjoy staying at this hotel. The room is very clean and tidy and the bed is very comfortable. Location is perfect (2 minutes walk to Cascade Mall, Information Center and restaurants). The only exception is the centralised heating is too warm and individual temperature control is not available.
