My husband and I were in town for a family wedding and wanted to be a little distance from where the rest of the out-of-town family was staying for a little more privacy and quiet time. The staff was very nice and the room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find because it is tucked back off the road behind a shopping center, but that also made it a bit nice because it quieter by not being directly on the road. My only real negative comment about the PruneYard was that the description of the amenities that was listed in the description on the travel website was a little deceiving. The description says that they have a complimentary breakfast buffet that is included in your stay. It was not a buffet, it was the usual breakfast you can get at any cheapy motel (cereal, muffins, and bagels). My husband and I were quite disappointed. We were very much looking forward to some pancakes and fresh toast before the wedding we were to attend. The PruneYard does have pancakes and french toast, you just have to order it and pay extra for it. We ended up going out for breakfast instead so we didn't have to pay 10 bucks each for some pancakes and french toast. Other than that, we were quite happy and comfortable with our stay.

The staff were great. The walls are kinda thin,noise all around,but not to bad.The breakfast was the same everyday,nothing to brag about.The service was something to brag about.The location was great. There was lots to do within walking distance.

The hotel is nice and close to everything. I purchased a package with a flight [...]. Plans changed and I couldn't stay for the 3 days originally planned. US Airways changed the ticket free of charge and the manager at this hotel would not refund the money for the night I would not stay there.
