In the heart of Copacabana in the southern section of Rio de Janiero, the Hotel Promenade Princess is situated close to Avenue N. Sra. De Copacabana and R. Xavier da Silveira.

Nice hotel apartment. Close to subway station, and Copacabana Beach. Good part of town. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

This hotel can be recommended. Of course, you don't get the view that you will have if you choose to stay in Avenida Atlantica (i.e. on the Copacabana beach), but you will be able to sleep since you don't have to listen to the noise from the traffic. Spacious rooms with balcony. Nice and clean breakfast restaurant and a nice breakfast buffet. The nearest tube station is only 2 minutes away and the subway is safe and efficient and will take you downtown Rio in only 15 minutes. At the same time the hotel is only a ten minute walk away from Ipanema, which is a lot nice than Copacabana. The hotel was built 5 or 6 years ago and is thus fairly new.
