The hotel is small but the rooms are a good size for american standards, the bathroom shower was a little small but not all room have shower most have tubs. The staff was somewhat friendly but gave us directions to supermarket where you can get water for like 50 cent, snacks, etc. the hotel is 5 to 10 min walk from all attractions and transportation. Great location, Great view and Free internet.

A charming hotel with nice staff. The rooms were in different styles and the one we got was very clean and quiet. Good for family and couples and just 10 min walk from the inner city shopping area.

Nice hotel, clean. The triple room was spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was good, 10 minutes walking to the city center and the breakfast was enough. We had a very good time. Fanlo family.

Privilege Hotel is a very nice n clean . Mr Emanuele at the front desk was realy kind, cultured and helpfull...we spend two beautiful days in Florence,staying there...thanks.
