The good thing is the security. Had a signle bedroom in a 2 bedroom appartment (which is VERY compact, but I was travelling with lots of equipment and felt the room could be safely locked. The bed, ancient, felt all the springs. Was given 1 blanket, it was winter, when I asked for a second, I had nto make a case why anyone would like a second blanket in winter. The receptioniust could barely be bothered. Complained about the fact that the shower was filthy ( mouldy) towels on the floor from other room users. Worse though the lining was falling off the wall in the shower. When I reported it to the receptionist again no response, no action, no apology, OK its only $35 but there is no reason why a place cannot be clean. This is not a third world country. I would not want to recomment this to toursit, would feel ashamed as a NZ-der. They do not deserve the business.

not cleaned before entry. not enough towels. good location and served the purpose.

after booking on line, they didnt have any accomodation when we got there. we had been driving for 10 hours.they did arrange accomodation at another hotel, none of the roome were made up. no toiletpaper, soap, towels on the floor, dirty sheets, no parking, very noise at night , no aircon. A very stress for 2 days in Auckland. next time I will spend a few extra dollars and get something better

Not a bad place for the price and location. Rooms aren't that big but nice view from the floor I was on.
