Princess Garden Hotel Tokyo Guest Reviews
Rooms were small but clean, hey it's Tokyo you want big? Free internet (ethernet but not wifi), fridge, even a fancy Japanese toilet with sprayer. Staff responded to every request within minutes, it was pretty amazing. Located a block from Meguro station on the central Yamanato train line, about 30 minutes from Nippori station (the bullet train to the airport). A few stops/minutes to Shibuya and Shinjuku on a train that runs every 2-3minutes. Plenty of stuff in the neighborhood - check out the Wine and Beer bar 65 down the street by Meguro station for a surprising selection of imports. It was the home base for the most amazing trip to Tokyo. I will, without a doubt, stay here again within the next year. The pillows were flat like a sheet of paper, that was the only major complaint. I'm bringing my own or buying a new pillow in Tokyo next time. A minor problem was the heating, though this is only a relevant a few months a year in Tokyo. There was no way to control it in room and it was too hot at night. After we asked for help the staff was in the room to open the window 30 seconds later and there were no problems after that. I will check out Princess Garden first next time I'm in Tokyo.

Very well run hotel with efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms have many configurations of drawers and wardrobes and on this arrival wardrobe too narrow for long stay. However they gave us a choice of rooms which included one to our complete satisfaction. An equipped ironing room near the self service coin laundry would be a big help. This was our third stay and would not hesitate to go there again.

Close to train station and many food outlets. Ideally located on the Yamanote train line with Ginza 25 minutes one way and Harajuku even closer the other way. Simple hotel with small room, yet clean and suited my needs. Probably my only gripe being the pillows were far too hard!

It's possible to get a non-smoking room here. That's great. The people working there are very kind.

Very friendly and well managed hotel. Only accommodation problem was lack of drawer space. Breakfast not included but optional pay breakfast good value and varied.
