Location
Located on Collins Avenue, the Princess Ann Hotel is surrounded by designer boutiques and restaurants. It is within walking distance of Lincoln Road shopping and nightlife. Just a short distance further away is the Jackie Gleason Theater, the Miami Beach Convention Center and the Bass Museum of Art.

Princess Ann Hotel Miami Guest Reviews
The hotel wouldn't have been THAT bad if the staff wasn't so horrible. I've never experienced such bad service before in my life. Most of them didn't speak any English and couldn't help accommodate us for very minimal items. Would recommend anyone to stay away from this hotel at ALL COSTS. Never again will I make this mistake when coming to Miami.

Nun wie soll ich unseren Aufenthalt in Miami beschreiben? Es war der absolute Wahnsinn!! Das Hotel ist im ZENTRUM und alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar.. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und erst recht die Ausgehmöglichkeiten!! Auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen!! :-)

The hotel was a decent stay. Nothing fancy but was comfy and the best part was that it was in the middle of South Beach. Everything was just a quick walk away. Every morning they had cereal, pastries, and coffee for you. Bring your own shampoo and soap though!

This hotel is located in a busy area, just a short walk from the beach. Perfect for younger people, not great for business people. Staff are very helpful and provid a basic breakfast. I'm happy to return.
