we were very happy with this hotel. For the price it was really worth it. Pitty there were not more guests. They have built too many hotels in Siem Riep and you can not fill them all up.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet which was included with the room was ample and varied enough to make it possible to skip lunch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this level of accommodations, that is mid-level.

The ambience is definitely lacking. However it is clean and the accommodation comfortable. The staff are very well-mannered however not particularly effective. The breakfast was definitely below standard and the restaurant and bar had no atmosphere and little to attract a person to them.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms, poor breakfast. Restaurant is limited, no pork dishes because of muslim ownership, very friendly staff, location is okay by riding tuk tuk to the centre at 10 min. for 1 US dollar.

Would give higher marks but not for the fact that over our three day stay we had no hot water. The hotel staff seemed to think the problem was rectified but it was not. This was a problem for all it seemed during our stay and the manager was aware of it. He was concerned but the problem was not solved in the three days we stayed there. Was it the hotel or just asia? esp. cambodia. Too much too soon in siem reap maybe, infrastructure not able to keep pace?
