cleanliness - hair on bed lining facilities - not much, but that's ok 'cuz we didn't spend much time there service - reaaaaaaaaaaally bad in the evening and throughout the night. as we asked for taxi service to go to the airport the following morning, the receptionist said it was too late; however, she called in the morning and checked if we ordered a taxi service, sounded like we ordered it and didn't use it - ridiculous- at around 10pm, we ask for extra bathing towel and floor mat, the receptionist said someone would bring them to our room, well, nth happend, at around 1am, we talked face-to-face to the receptionist and he said there's no extra towels due to fully-booked night. RIDICULOUS! and he also said he'd send some to our room the following morning, which he didn't (he didn't even write down anything regarding our request). location - even taxi driver didn't know where it is (given the address...) !!

Room charge and cleanliness is the top selling point of this hotel, shopping facilities, tube and restaurant also nearby. The only compliant is that not silence and recreation facilities to the hotel.
