- ready internet access in the rooms - more variety for breakfast because if stay more than 1 week, one will have nuthing else to choose from the menu. - Security was good but they should greet all of their guest irregardless if they are local or not.

At this price and when you take a superior studio type room you expect to have at least an iron... or to be able to ask for one... it costs 250PHP per night. Everything is old inside... the only positive thing is the location just next to the mall.

The room and facilities are not up to standard for the rate. Room features are falling apart and bedding's very old. The best thing is its proximity to the main shopping centres and the very friendly and helpful staff. There are better & cheaper hotels in the area.

The rooms are so old and need urgent renovations. The bathrooms if u can call them bathrooms are small, old,a bit digusting. This hotel offers a perfect and helpful stuff, but with the room they loose all their good impressions they gave the guest when arrive there.Never will stay there again.

The hotel don't even have a facility to charge the rate in your credit card in US$, which is what the customer should pay. They need to have it converted to Philippine Peso and their rate is not competitive enough. You should bring your own bath towels because their towels are already not white as it should be maybe because its been used for a long time already and needs replacement but the hotel don't bother to replace them.
