We were really dissapointed by this hotel. Have no idea how on earth this hotel is 4star?

The hotel is nearby Linate Airport and Central Station.I pay 5euro for bus from Linate A.port to Milan Central and walk around 10minute to hotel. Very good staff wish you during check in.I booked single room but due to alarm broken they transfer me to bigger room with no extra charge.Big room for solo traveler. The breakfast also good so many choice of bread and tea. The location very strategic to visit Place of interest.Hop on and hop off bus station only 10 minutes from hotel and in front of Milan Central

The hotel room and location was good, however, the price was too high. The hotel staff was also not very courteous as they dumped our luggage in thier store when we were delayed by 15 minutes beyond the agreed check out itme of 1300 hours.

Location is the probably the main appeal to this hotel. Everything else was just average. Room rates we had excluded breakfast.

No remote for TV, phone did not work, TV channels not available, night guard did not speak a word English... The bed was uncomfortable and there was only a sheet, not even a blanket. I can't see how this can be four star.
