Set in the midst of a green setting surrounded by Lebanese Cedars and mature pine trees, the hotel is a historic residence which was once the home of one of the most popular presidents of the Italian Republic. It is possible to get to many important sights in very quick time from the hotel such as Palazzo Barberini, National Gallery of Modern Art, Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia and Auditorium Parco della Musica.

Nice hotel but please be aware that they usually offer underground rooms (no view to the outside garden). Maybe it's because we got a discount price ? Call them before arriving. Ask for garden room (canova, for exemple). To go to Rome center, take subway (10 min walk) or bus line 60 (very close). Don't rely on taxi except from called from the hotel.

Really beautiful hotel in a sofisticated building and area of Rome. Unfortunately the service at the bar was not available at 08.30p.m. for a drink....very strange Great value for money. Very helpful and kind staff.
