Prestige Hotel Istanbul Guest Reviews
This hotel was nothing like Orbitz told me at the time I made my reservation. They told me that this was a 4 star hotel.. In my opinion and I have traveled all over the world and I have stayed in many different places, this hotel was not more than a one star hotel. The room was very small, the bathroom were dirty, the bed was old and noisy. the cleaning lady was mean to us and was saying thing in her language that was sound nasty. There was no room service. Everything that I was told by Orbitz by the time of reservation was wrong. They told me this hotel was at the touristy area. This hotel was located at the wholesaler shopping area and it was very crowded and far from everything. We could not sleep at night because of all the noises from outside almost every night. There was also all kind of noises from the teens all night. I am very, very disappointed with this hotel. Even the picture that Orbitz has of this hotel is nothing like the hotel we saw.
