I thought the Hotel was great in any way. Location was perfect, the rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience for me for the first time in South East Asia.

seriously - the people behind the counter and all their supporting staff are "second to none". Nowhere do you experience he level of considerate, polite, genuine interest and friendliness from people like the Malay people. The hotel is quite simple, yet incredibly tidy and very welcoming, well positioned for transport, markets and malls. the breakfasts are entertaining - not a full experience at all - but don't get me wrong, its not from lack of trying - they take what they offer very seriously - its wonderful. i highly recommend the Prescott. Thank you for the great place to stay. Dave

It was a very good place to stay in for it's price. Free wi-fi in all rooms was very useful. Some portion were under renovation during my stay (October 2010) but it was still decent. The room was able to accomodate 4 of us. I would come back next time.

while the hotel was under renovations, and the staff had difficulty in communicating and helping, I liked the place. Very reasonable price and good facilities.
