Location
The Posada Real is located on the beach front, at the heart of the resort area and a few yards away from the San Jose Golf Course. This property is also surrounded by some of the local attractions like Arches, Sand Falls, San Jose Estuary and 4 kilometres to Los Cabos which guests can explore.

Posada Real was a nice getaway, the only reason that I would not go back, is because the food could not be worse than it was. Cold food, not a good quality at all. The worst dinner was for new year's night.

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay for one night in Cabo. We chose San Jose since it was relatively close to the SJD airport, on the beach, and walking distance to downtown. San Jose is different from Los Cabo/Cabo San Lucas in that there is less nightlife, but a more authentic, comforting feeling. We loved all the activities at the hotel (ping pong, massage, water volleyball, casino night, etc) in addition to being steps from the nice beach (no rocks!) and pool with a swim in bar. This is not a place for those looking for gold toilets and 20 kinds of Scotch at the bar. It is a fun, affordable place on the beach for those looking for a good time at a good price.

Good basic hotel on the beach. Food is so-so, may want to eat elsewhere.

This is not Cabo San Lucas. If you are looking for the cruise lines, lots of activities and noise keep heading down the road. San Jose Del Cabo is low key and relaxing. The all-inclusive drinks were not stiff but were abundant. Breakfast ws a good deal to have included. Then go into town for the reast. We have stayed at 5 different hotels along the corridor, this was the most relazing. Great massage onthe beach.
