This property is situated in Xemxija Bay, overlooking the picturesque St.Paul's Bay and with breathtaking views of the Maltese countryside. The popular sandy beaches of Golden Bay and Mellieha Bay are only a few kilometres away.

This hotel does not live up to its advertising, and the facilities are not 3 star. The room was in need of repair, paint peeling and kitchen benchentops damaged, linen and towels were stained and or torn. There was insufficient parking for the number of residents and the disabled faciliites were non existant. The only lift that could take a wheelchair was often not working. There was no wheelchair access to our bathroom. The hotel was understaffed, rooms were not cleaned on schedule and athough individual staff were always willing to help, they had limited resources and management was invisible.

The only thing I have a gripe about (apart from the fact that the hotel is really in Xemxija and not Bugibba) is that the entire floor of the bathroom gets soaking wet everytime someone has a shower in the shower stall. And since there was no room cleaning, the puddle eventually moved into the other room! When we asked reception about it, it was dried up but then we were given a mop to clear up after ourselves!

This hotel was absolutely amazing and exactly what we were looking for! It was better than we expected when we arrived! Just be careful not to take the time share tour because the system is a SCAM!!! (but they are only a part of the hotel not the actual hotel!) I would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Malta and doesn't want to spend a fortune. I hope you enjoy!

Great value. Avoid rooms on 1st floor.(they are partly underground) We got one , but we were able to escape from the hole after two nights to the 2nd floor. Poolarea beautifull.Rooms ok,beds hard,extrabed not so good(for a child acceptaple). No coffee making facilities in apartment. Colour Television only when asked(no charge) Behind the poolarea a timesharing office. Did not disturb us....just a bit booring... Torsti / Helsinki
