Location
Situated on a quiet street in the historic centre, the Ponte Sisto Hotel offers the perfect base from which to explore many of the city's most important and unforgettable sites. The hotel is just a stone's throw from Campo de' Fiori, Trastevere, Piazza Farnese, the Tevere and Via Giulia. In addition, the property is within easy walking distance from the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican.

Restaurant
A buffet breakfast for guests is served in the restaurant, depending on seasonal availability. Ponte Sisto Hotel Rome Guest Reviews
Perfect situation, outstanding staff. We were staying in Rome for Christmas with our 17 y/o daughter. We wanted something central and comfortable without staying in another chain hotel. Hotel Ponto Sisto was all this and more. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, the Spanish Steps and more. The front desk booked restaurants for us each evening and they got better each night. One of the concierge was less helpful, but the others were great. Our balcony was lovely, but I'll bet it is spectacular in the spring.

price is very high for the type & location of the hotel..not advisable for the solo travellers.street on the way to the hotel is a bit scary

Nice Hotel. Clean and central. Price is high for that standart. Staff is friendly but reception needs little more smile.

The Ponte Sisto Hotel is spotless and has an excellent location just across the river from the Trastevere, close to the Campo dei Fiori and within walking distance of the Vatican and the Palatino. I had spent the previous two weeks in the Le Marche region of Italy enjoying "Italian breakfasts" and the breakfast at the Ponte Sisto (bacon and scrambled egg) was a lovely treat. The hotel also provides a taxi service to the airport which at €50 by Roma's standards is quite reasonable. I initially had a problem with my room which the hotel sorted quickly and efficiently. All in all a delightful stay, and when I return to Rome I will definitely stay here again.
