we stay there only one night, and it's very nice. Our room is on the four floor and we have one small balcony. Clean and comfort! Only one thing that it is a little noise in the evening because many cars running in this street.

Better than hotels we stayed in in Paris and Nice, France. Clean, friendly, spacious and with helpful staff. Rooftop bar/lounge with amazing view of sunset, moonrise and Duomo! Walking distance to all tourist must-see areas, if you are fit to walk (otherwise, buses, etc. close-by). Will return if we are lucky to visit Florence again.
