The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. Great location right at the National Park. Would definitely recommend.

Tea/Coffee facilities in room would have made big difference. Air conditioning system not working properly in room Shower too smal for man to move round in - Plus NOWHERE to store a bar soap/shampoo etc in shower stall - very poor shower facility.

Good size rooms and quite comfortable, altough hotel is subject to large tor groups, as I guess oall the hotels in the park area are. All the restraunts in the park area are limited and the same price. The receptionist will help with extending your park entry ticket during your stay. The park itself is excellent.
