The food was very good, room was clean but it wasn't the best location especially for JR Pass Holders. And the rooms only had LAN internet connection--not good for netbooks.

A comfortable hotel. Easy to get from Umeda, Osaka. Food outlets nearby and easily accessible. Best direction to Hotel if arriving by Shinkansen, gets off at Shin Osaka take the local train to Umeda(osaka Station) change to Hankyu Line for Juso-West Exit. Is about 15 minutes walk to Hotel. Internet service available at ground floor level ask reception for Lan Cable

Front desks speak limited English, not very helpful when asked for directions/ places to go, quite far from OSAKA station, and we didnt enjoy our stay there. The gym is not free to use, room furnishing is quite old & dark, room has old smoking smell (I had to request for them to deodorise the room), no internet in the room (shocking!!!), hotel is located near pubs/ love motels, not recommended.

for those who are use to big aussie bedroom, let me tell you than this hotel contain what Japan considere be big ... the room is not small in comparison of what you can find in Japan but it's a lot smaller than what we use to in Australia. enjoy your stay

Despite the good rate, we find the service is quite bad. The rooms are larger than normal hotel, but the beds are old and rooms were not equipped with Internet Access. Front desks staff speaks almost no English, not that helpful when asked for directions/ places to visit. Location wise - not very convenient esp. if you carry big luggages and are travelling by trains (we have to transfer from Shin Osaka to Osaka Station (still ok), then to the Hankyu Railway - this was the worst part, as the walk there was very troublesome (too many staircases)).
