Good for the value, although a rough and tough neigborhood

This hotel is in a great location in the centre of Adelaide. However, the actual street is a little sleazy with a number sex shops and strip houses etc. The rooms are very outdated and over priced compared to other hotels in the area, plus we experienced a lot of rudeness from one of the owners and actually left before the due date.

It was very noisy outside at the street at night especially after midnight, we couldn't have proper sleep. It is close to many of the night spots.
