Excellent service. Charming and most helpful staff

nothing to offer, room was very small, no fridge, no gym, no bar. decent morning breakfast offered. valet turned out to be charged for @ $14/day. view of a parking structure that could have been a peeping toms dream come true. bed was not comfortable, shower had no water pressure. overall, would NEVER go back there. wish we had done a lot more research as to what hotel was actually lacking.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the square, giant windows, and an extremely comfy bed! Although one side of the room did look upon the car garage next door, the view out of the balcony windows made up for it, however I may opt out of the balcony for a room higher up next time to experience a true Savannah view. The complimentary wine and cheese tasting was scrumptious and we got to meet some great people and listen to some lively music from the piano player. Two thumbs up!

This is a nice hotel, but there is a parking deck next door and after the 3 am bar closings, there is a tremendous amount of noise from the revelers coming back to their cars. We heard it both nights we stayed for about 20 min. A noisy wake up call when you are already alseep. Guess the walls and windows are thin The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room. Great location, close to everything, walking distance to a lot which was great. We enjoyed our time in Savannah and will certainly be back.

We had a great experience at the Planters inn! Celebrating our 3rd anniversary the hotel offered several services (champagne in the room!) which made me look wonderful! Thank you to Planters Inn and their Staff!
