Pinewood Lodge Queenstown Guest Reviews
Room wasnt clean on arrival- smelt like vomit and had unpleasant stains throughout sheets. Had to change sheets ourselves and sleep in an unpleasant smelling room. They did however upgrade us to better room second night and give small refund- could have been bigger given circumstances.

Pinewood was excellent value for money, for $70 i got a room with a double bed and two single bunk beds. Also the kitchen and internet facilities were good.

I was upgraded to the Spa room and loved it. If I had stayed more than one night the facilities would have been used more. The Manager, Adam, was as helpful as I would have wanted and his customer service skills were terrific. It's not far (all of about 2 minute's walk) from the main drag so is nice and quiet. Would recommend it
