Excellent hotel in the centro storico. very good service. Only problem: the car parking at 20' and the parking bill not included in the hotel bill. My car was returned with a broken back light. I had to negotiate with the guy from the garage, the hotel refusing to endorse its responsibility.

The Location of this hotel was very convenient and close to the main sights and the trainstation which was important as we had luggage to carry! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good Hotel in the centre of Florence,close to all shops and attractions.We would stay at the Hotel on a return visit.
