Hotel is clean and staffs were helpful and quite attentive to guest...But the king sized bed which i slept on was so hard and not comfortable at all. My wife and son also complaint having backache after our first night sleep. Luckily there was a Spa on the second floor. Took a full body massage to ease the back ache. Overall hotel is good but sleeping is so so only.

Great stay. Only one thing to complain, the sound proofing of the room really bad. You can hear the voice from next door clearly. And, the staffs chatting at corridor quite annoying.

Check in on the tue 16/10/12 book non smoking room and got given smoking room. The staff assured us that the room was super clean, we ask to change room and will pay extra no luck. We have room 1210, the lift was very close to the room so it is a bit noisy at time. The room was very small and the stench of cigarette was awesome, remind me of the smoking room at the airport. We ask for it to be clean, they bought up some ionizer and use it for 20 mins, the room was still have the stench, for smokers that would be fine. The room is directly opposite to Pavillion shopping centre and at night the view is pretty good. The room is short of an odd shape so space was very limited and the bed was very hard. If one have a sleeping bag I think it will be the same as camping on the ground. Despite all the negativity, the location is very good. Easy access to all shopping complex within 5 mins walk and to all the food place. The bell boys are very friendly and the wifi work.

Had a 3 night stopover at this hotel and could not have asked for better. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. The location is perfect for shopping, tour bus stops right outside and an easy walk to Petronas Towers using covered walkways. Would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel in a good area who enjoys walking, sightseeing and shopping.

We quite happy with everything. Just only 1 thing need to mention here is we have book in for 3 person, 2 adults and 1 kid for age 16 (in booking they did specify for the age) but when we there they told us we only have a queen size bed. And we can't upgrade with anything, unless we pay extra. We have to sleep together for 5 nights. We also ask for extra a towel end up need to pay extra too. In my experience with other Hotel they never ask for extra change.

A great spot for our overnight stop over in KL. Good sized room, very comfortable king bed. Clean and fresh. Walk out front door, over the road to great shopping and eating. Great to do some late night purchases in short time

I arrived the hotel at 2pm, being told that the hotel is fully booked the night before so they need some times to do the housekeeping. They took about 1.5hrs to finally get the room ready. The hotel location is perfect. The room is clean. Every other things seem fine except I have a little comments on the bathroom. They separate the shower and toilet with a frosted glass. And both bath room and toilet are using the same frosted see-thru glass as well. So it is a little inconvenient if you like to keep some privacy inside the bathroom & toilet. One last thing the washbowl is not attached inside the bathroom. It is like kinda middle of the room and everyone can see what you doing out there. Anyway you can still give it a try due to the perfect location.

Friendly staff; request to weigh luggage was not a problem even though staff had to retrieve scales from elsewhere. Rooms very spacious and modern. Cannot beat the location, just walk out of the lobby and into the street for shops, restaurants, bars, massage/spa places, etc. We have been to KL four times and this is the best hotel for value fo money by far; will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in a good location for shopping and seeing the city, close to food outlets and shops. However the room we stayed in definitely felt like it was in a budget hotel. There was mould and hair behind the doors in toilet and shower and the walls seem to be very thin so there was a lot of noise from people walking up the halls during the night, and we could hear people from other rooms in the shower.

Fantastic location right on Bukit Bintang. Opposite Pavilion shopping centre, very close to the Lot 10 Hutong food court and less than 10 mins walk to the hawker food stalls at Jalan Alor. Can walk to Suria KLCC and the Petronas Towers in 15 mins via the skybridge at Pavilion. Twin rooms were good size for 2 people with free internet, toiletries and 2 complimentary bottles of water. Only complaints would be that the shower cubicle is not the cleanest with mould in the corners and front desk were not very helpful or friendly.

Pleasant experience overall. Easy check in and staff were helpful & familiar with tour suggestions. While the separate shower n toilet facility in the deluxe room was useful, the overall bathroom space was a bit cramped given that the wash basin was placed outside of the shower/ toilet.

Location was excellent, near to shopping area, and had carpark which was only for guests, which guaranteed a parking lot. However, not much can be said for the rooms. Hotel is aged, and they were doing renovation works in the other rooms, so whenever i'm in the room, the smell of paint and woodwork and can detected. Also, the sound proofing of the room is pretty bad. Noise from neighbouring rooms, and also the traffic below could be heard and me being a light sleeper, was often woken up.

The hotel location is perfect. Easily access to shopping mall. But I don't like the hotel bathroom as it separate the toilet bowl and the shower and the bathroom door is frosted, less privacy. One more thing u have to brush your teeth outside as the washbowl is not attached in the bathroom and facing the bed. It save space for the hotel but it is inconvenience for the guests.

We had very good experience with this hotel. The location was excellent and so many places to eat just in a walking distance. The area is called Times Square and reminds of New York, full of tourists having fun. Will recommend highly to stay in this hotel. It is a new hotel just built 1 1/2 years ago. Front desk persons were not very fluent in English, some times had difficulty in communication.

The superior room we got was quite small, but adequate. The shower/toilet setup could be awkward for some people traveling together. But the location just about makes up for any of the hotel's flaws esp. if you are in KL to shop. You can walk to many shopping centers, go back to your room to rest or drop off packages and head out again without losing time. Very lively area.
