Came down from Hume Lake and needed an overnight place to catch a flight.Staff were helpful, place was fine, not a lot of places to walk to and wouldn't advise it at night!

The accommodations were good, although I miss the toiletry items that used to be standard. My only real criticism if that, although the hotel paid for the taxi service, the lack of a proper shuttle service made for a bad experience getting from the airport to the hotel.

Trip, company and Hotel was awesome! Staff were exceptional. However, upon arrival, ORBITZ had yet faxed my reservation. Hotel clerk called ORBITZ and they could not find my reservation. I used my smart phone and provided the confirmation code. ORBITZ did not have their records updated and took @ 30 minute waiting for fax to arrive. Faxes from booking.com and others arrived while I had to wait. May use them in the future. Hotel and stay was awesome. ORBITZ dropped the ball on the reservation aspect. Have antother trip scheduled in two weeks but not sure I will not sitck with ORBITZ.

Even though it is across the street from the airport, the rooms are SILENT. Unlike most places I've stayed, I didn't hear the other people in the rooms around me. The TV was great if you don't want to watch Fox News - it came in like an off the air station after the cat played with the antenna. The bed was the hardest I've slept on since I was discharged from the Marine Corps. There was a nice mini fridge but no Microwave, I think I'd rather stay at a La Quinta Inn for about the same or less money.
