Location, Location !! These apartments have the location and price. We stayed in an older style apartment, but we will certainly have this as one of our top picks!

The apartment was dirty, with stained carpets and dirty walls. There were obvious signs that the room had been broken into on previous occasions: broken fly screens and marks on the inside doors. There was no "bathroom". Two doors leading off the kitchen seperatly housed a toilet and a shower, the basin was in the bedroom. Reception was unattended and there was a sign in the room to say that the gates would be locked at dusk. I felt unsafe. The pillow case my daughter was to use had make up all over it. We had to stay one night as we couldn't secure other accommodation, but we did not use the sheets, shower or second bedroom. The unit was unsafe (power points meant that kettle cords dangled unsafely for children), unclean and I would not recommend that anyone stay in this unit.

Value for money for location. Walking distance to O'Connell St restaurants/bus/shopping centre - easy access to Adelaide City. Handy having full kitchen facilities and on site laundry.

Great location despite being under flight path of planes. Studio unit exactly the same as described - quite roomy.
