Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended. Great interior, free internet and a perfect location. Doesn't offer breakfast but the restaurant accross the road is cheap. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Even though the room has a strange smell on the first night we stayed there, overall it was very good with great location, cheap prices and Internet included. Thumb up!

I found the staff very friendly at the Phuttasa Residence. The location was good. The room had nice decor however was very damp and smelt damp, there was a hummidifer but the smell was frustrating. The plumbing also was bad and slow to get repairs during my stay the bathroom sink leaked on the bathroom floor, the shower would not turn off another day. The water was off to the whole building another day and the room was not serviced another day. Although the staff were friendly and I tried to remain positive I would definatly not stay there again.

We like stay in Phuttasa Residence because the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is so near to the patong beach, bangla rd, and Jungceylon. It's easy to look for meal. And the hotel was cozy enough. I'll stay in Phuttasa again if I come to Phuket again.
