Puerto Princesa Climate
Wet and dry are the two seasons in Puerto Princesa, and the location determines when they occur. The west coast is dry from November through April, while the east coast is dry from May through October. The warmest months are March through May, and the average temperature for the area is 81°F (27°C).
Getting There & Around
Puerto Princesa is about an hour from Manila by plane. To reach the city by water, the SuperFerry, Negros Navigation and Milagrosa Shipping operate weekly ferries to the city from Manila. The trip will take about a day.
Once on the island, multicabs and tricycles are the most common means of transportation. There are also jeepneys which follow standard routes. Tricycles are quick, but aren't capable of going long distances.
