The hotel is good for a family getaway. The location is out of town and is peacefull. Good for couples who like to have a romance getaway too.

Firstly, the location is just after the plaza toll, so if you miss it, you have to go on for 15 minutes till you reach a U-turn. If you miss the turn to the resort when you come back from the city, you'll have to go through the plaza toll and even go on for hours maybe before a u-turn. The location is not the best as it takes at least 1 hour or more to reach the city centre where all the major malls and attractions are. Check-in was terrible as we had to wait 40minutes. There wasn't a proper queue or system hence people were cutting queues here and there. There were not enough staffs employed to cope with crowd. However, it was nice of them to have mini curry puffs and drinks for the customers waiting, but if finished really quickly due to the crowd. We booked a four person room (2 adult, 2 children (14 and 15)) but when we got our key, we were told that there was only one king size bed! It doesn't make sense obviously that we can't have only 1 bed for all four of us to sleep! We asked the staff about this and she told us that usually, families will buy mattresses at 70RM per mattress! Eventually, one of us had to sleep on the chair sofa! The toilet is huge and very well designed. The whole feeling around the resort was great as our room was right beside the waterfall and pond. It was a really pleasant atmosphere to hear the waterfall and birds chirping in the morning. At night, the toilet pump was so noisy that we had to call the room service to off the pump. It was rather troublesome as it was midnight as we couldn't sleep well the whole night at all! It was very inconvenient as we still had to drive the next day. We also had to open the door to get the technician in to off the pump and the next morning, we had to get the technician in again to on the pump. The breakfast buffet wasn't the best, just typical. There were quite a lot of houseflies there and we needed at least one person to sit on the table to chase the houseflies away from our food. The houseflies also landed on food that was not covered on the buffet line. The staffs were friendly though. Overall, not very worth it.
