very close to the metro and hotel just off Gran Via...and most places are in walking distance or a metro ride away...only 40 minutes by metro to the hotel...staff at the hotel were also very accommodating, friendly and very helpful

Slight problem with noise from the corridor but didn't really affect our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although the description for the triple room was 3 single beds, the 3rd bed was in fact a bunker. Not being used to bunker beds I kept hitting my head against the upper bunk. Mattress was good though. The location of this hotel is excellent and staff is really friendly and helpful. Next time I go to Madrid that’s where I’ll stay.

Absolute topclass location! The room was among the smallest doubles we've had but we would recommend the hotel anyway. No matter the thin walls, the unprivate bathroom. We stayed for 4 days and will go back if we go to Madrid again.
