I have stayed in this hotel twice now the location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms vary quite a bit in size from one to the other but they are really clean and modern.

Really great hotel, modern and funky. Nice buffet breakfast, laptops in room with free internet access. Great location in Madrid.

Great location and neighborhood. Clean and modern amenities including very modern bathroom. Stayed in Quad room which had bunk beds for teenagers in an alcove. Space was tight for 4 but wasn't an issue since we weren't in room much. Staff very nice. Breakfast (full) provided was outstanding.

Nice Hotel, nice surrounding in one of the more "upper" parts of Madrid. Only 1 min. walking to two underground stations and app. 8 minutes to Madrid's Central park. Nice and helpfull staff, also when I asked for a roomchange because (one and only negative point) of the nightly noise of a outcoming discotheque on the other side of the street -I like to sleep with open window, when window is closed you hear nothing-. The hotelroom just around the corner was much more quiet. Nice place to make a city-trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, service was prompt and efficent and the buffet breakfast was great. Staying with a small child was made easy with a fmily room with seperate sleeping area. All in all a much better experience than staying in the five star Grosvenor in London the week before!!
