I have given Average in Service as the room in which I was staying had a faulty TV which was not fixed during my stay. Location is quite awkward and far outside the city. Reaching the city and getting back is a costly affair.

This hotel was a very well managed hotel. The hotel was very busy, but it was well managed and the service was excellent. Excellent location a few minutes off the A1. The room was very well furnished and the beds very comfortable. We would stay there again.

Excellent clean comfortable rooms, super breakfast as would be expected in a hotel of this size and class. Friendly staff throughout good for a large hotel. Gym & Pool a little on the small side. TV reception not brilliant on all terrestrial channels - pay tv channels not used, two storey but surprisingly no lift.

excellent hotel very professional, seems like they have thought of everything did not leave you asking for anything and if you did they were more than happy to help. Slightly expensive but you are definitely paying for a top quality hotel would recommend to anyone.

had a great time nothing was too much trouble the hotel staff were plesant and polite and the liesure club was excellent will stay there again thanks for a great weekend
