I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully ornate. I was really impressed with the staff, all very friendly, efficient and all with excellent English! The facilities were particularly good for business travellers. I did not get a chance to use the restaurant but the food in the bar and via room service was excellent and very well priced. I will certainly be coming back here!

Marvellous settings. Very good value for the price we paid compared to the more typical five stars in Europe. Although the location sounds remote, it's only few minutes and few euros with the taxi to and from the centre or Belem. Hope to stay there again.

Wonderfull hotel; an oasis in the middle of Lisbon. We really enjoyed staying here. Breakfast was excellent and the pool and gym facilities were great. We also had dinner once in theVale Flor restaurant and that was very good, especially the sweets!
