This hotel is very well located & Funchal town is on your doorstep. There is a very friendly atmosphere generated by the staff. Decor a little dated , but clean comfotable rooms. Food to a very high standard.

Excellent hotel. Clean, friendly and good food. Walk up from harbour would be quite strenuous for the elderly. Best to have a sea view room as there can be a fair bit of noise from the road and the container lorries from the port.
