We stayed at The Peppers The Sands for my partners sisters wedding. The location was great. The staff we incredibly helpful and the rooms were amazing! We got a great deal on this website and would defiantly stay again if we get another great deal. Room service was good and the staff were very friendly. Remember when booking this place if you want a minibar you need to ask for it prior to your booking as they only have little milk sachets in the fridge. There is also a CD player in each room too which was good but we could not hook up our iPod's to this and didn't bring CD's to Australia. All in all I would rate this place a 9.5 out of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppers! It was for one night in a studio room. It was spacious, clean and quiet too. It was a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach, you do need a car to get around, but in saying that I think the Hotel had a shuttle courtesy bus... We'll definitely be back!

check in staff on reception were wonderful and very helpful . unfortunatly was not very family friendly.. would of been nice if there were chairs on the balcony to relax and enjoy the view...

I've never known a resort to not have a spa or sauna. Staff were unhelpful seeing as we are from overseas, we had no clue of what we could do in the area. We didn't find out there was a free shuttle service that ran daily to areas of recreation until we left. Restaurant staff were rude. Considering the amount we paid, it was a very bad experience. We will not stay here again.
