Peninsulas never disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, efficient check-in/out and large, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Only criticism is the room service. At the Four Seasons, you can order ANYTHING at ANY time and they'll make it happen.

The best hotel in Chicago! Location, Service, Food and everything in between were the best! Especially the staff of the hotel. The most friendly and professional we have ever encountered!

Delightful. The theme of the hotel is, "Here, let me get that for you." The sun deck is amazing, the pool beautiful, the room is divine and the service attentive as you'll ever find. It's completely serence.
