The fire alarms were tested while we were trying to sleep, would have been nice to have some warning on that. The rooms were not very clean. The website claims wireless internet and a 24 hour service desk, but there was no wireless and nobody answered the phone when I tried calling them (either time). There was only one working elevator, and it was the smallest and slowest elevator that I have ever seen. This is not a very family-friendly place to stay. It was very noisy all night long. I'm glad we were only there for one night. This was more like a hostel than a hotel.

It was a little out of the way but I was surprised by how clean and friendly this hotel was. I bought it at the last minute at an amazingly decent price and was surprised that once you walked through the doors, the reception was very bright and spacious and the check-in process was very quick and simple. Once we got to the room, the first thing that struck me was how pristine it was, certainly not the biggest I have stayed in but for a twin bedded room, it was compact but well equipped with tea making facilities and a lovely little en-suite bathroom. The hotel also offers a nice continental breakfast and a nice atmosphere, and for the money you would find it hard to do better.

If you're looking for a place to sleep at a reasonable price and at a very nice location, this is it! We had booked 2 rooms, 1 family room (4 person# and 1 double room. At first we got a the familyroom in basement, which was not charming, felt slightly moist and dark with very little space. After contacting the staff we were moved to at family room in the ground floor which was ok, even though a little funny as it had 3 of the beds on a loft. Double room was ok - though small. Breakfast was standard continental #serial, toast, eggs, cheese and jam), and there was plenty of food and staff to refill. We've stayed around Prince's Square several times, and we really like the location which is nice and quiet. Had a very charming outdoor terrace. Cleaning and staff was ok.

The rooms (we had 2: a double/single and 2 singles) were extremely small and very outdated. The tiny little tv had only a few channels and did not work after the first hour - we were told there was no maintenance onsite. The uncomfortable beds had bedspreads and blankets that were gross and old. The maids actually chewed some of our gum that we left sitting out! The only redeeming quality was the bathroom, which was roomy and looked to be recently updated.

Basic hotel in a quiet and convenient area. Tatty room, but basically clean. Excellent breakfast, good shower, clean sheets. A fair deal for the price. However there is one annoying procedure. On arrival, although the room has been paid for they insist on taking another £20 off a credit card saying that it will be refunded. When you check out they do not refund it, but say that it will eventually appear on the card statement as a £20 credit. I was not happy with this, particularly as there was some damage in the room prior to our occupancy which I am hoping I will not be charged for.

I was just staying here for a night on my way to Greece with a friend. It was a nice and cheap place to stay but I would have liked a more secure room to store my luggage in until my flight (which was later in the afternoon). I was very nervous just leaving my items in the lobby.

I wasn't expecting the best at this price and for one night's stay such as ours this hotel was ideal. We were going to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall that evening and the hotel's location was fine for us - 20 minutes walk away. The room was very clean but small and not much storage space. A nice bath but didn't try the shower. The beds were comfortable but the pillows weren't. Breakfast wasn't a good experience. There were a lot of students staying and perhaps they all decided to eat at the same time but there was a shortage of crockery and cutlery so we ended up eating cold toast as we had to wait for clean knives to spread the butter and only water to drink because they'd run out of cups for tea and coffee.

The Hotel wasn´t quite what we expected, the room was to small, but anyhow the location was nice. The room get cleaned every day witch was nice, but nor expected. The breakfast was bad, the staff couldn´t keep up the speed, so their was lack of toast, coffee must of the time, so every time there was a refill people was almost struckling to get a peace of bread or cup of coofee.

Poor facilities and a rather cursory introduction, but a decent price for 1 nights stay that was essentially a bed for the night in a decently clean room.

hotels are expensive in london, this one is cheap compare the other one , but the value of it is less than 30 euros per night. breakfast is very bad: eggs, bread, bad jam.... rooms are small, smell tobacco from the curtains that must be here since 20 years without washing. shower is good, clean. wifi working only at reception or first floor, so it is not avialable is more than half of the hotel. staff is ok , but difficult to hear from them :"good morning". wont go back for sure and don t recommand this one. good only for 1 night not more.

I have stayed at the hotel before and thought it provided good value and acceptable quality. On my most recent visit, I was disappointed to find that my bathroom was not en-suite but instead up half a flight of stairs!

I found the facilities lacking by this I mean the room was very small and really had no space for two suitcases. The mattress on the bed needed replacing and the carpet in poor order. The lack of tea making facilities was also a nuisance as when you wanted a cup of coffee we had to go out.I also found the staff could have been a lot more helpful. I would not stay at this Hotel again.
