Very small rooms, but then again its Paris! about 15-20mins walk from Gare du Nord, so handy in that respect. Had a room right next to the elevator so it was noisy all night. Overall, Ok but there are other values out there.

Great hotel and well situated about 5 min walk from Pigalle Metro. 15 minutes to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Nice big rooms, elevator, and the breakfast provided was great. We'd certainly return.

The room I booked was on the ground floor with a window facing the street. Any walker can look into the room. Excepted that good price vs service and location
