We had heating problems cause the air conditioning didn't work well except for vacuuming our fresh air. We couldn't even breathe at night and the window -which was quite small- had a view against the building block. The breakfast was not included and costed 9 eur per person. Above all, the double room was too small that we hardly passed to the bathroom one by one. Bed sheets never had been changed all 3 night stay of ours. The location is not bad, close to the Grand Boulevards metro but there are better areas in Paris around the same cost. Beyond the negative points; Helpfull staff...

Nice hotel near M. Grands Boulevards, the shopping galleries and Chartier restaurant. Smaal but tidy rooms. Decor lacks fantasy but who cares; one sleeps with the eyes closed.

The room was very small, we could hardly move our carry-on bags. We had to carry them over the bed. Other than that , the stay was verry short. The bathroom was clean and large and was enjoyable except for the small leak in the ceiling, was otherwise okay.
