Wir waren 3 Nächte da - das Bett war unbequem, man hatte nicht mal eine richtige Decke ausser eine Wolldecke (für Allergiker nichts, habe es selber gemerkt..) und das Frühstück war für den Preis überhaupt nicht angemessen - sind danach auswärts essen gegangen. Das Zimmer an sich war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr modern. Das Badezimmer war viel zu klein, man konnte sich knapp bewegen, der Wasserhahn tropfte und sie haben immer wieder vergessen, Klopapier und Tücher nachzufüllen. Sauber war es auch nicht, überall waren Kalkflecken, auf dem Teppich war sogar noch ein anderer Fleck, also allgemein sehr unsauber. Der Fernseher war leider nur auf französisch, obwohl man EIGENTLICH auch deutsche Sender empfangen sollte. Doch dies funktioniere leider irgendwie nicht, wo uns auch die Rezeption nicht weiterhelfen konnte.. Ich würde das Hotel nie mehr besuchen, aber für solche, die wirklich nur zum Schlafen da sind, ist es eigentlich ganz ok. Die Sauberkeit lässt halt zu Wünschen übrig. Positiv / Negativ: + U-Bahn Station sehr nahe (nicht mal 5 Gehminuten) + Personal war freundlich - Sauberkeit - Bett - Badezimmer - Frühstück

The staff was great. The rooms are clean and well kept. However they are very small. The hotel is close to multiple train stations with a good selection of places to eat. The hotel is in a convenient location.

Location was good as it was 5 minutes from the Metro & RER although a little out of the main centre - made it quiet while still easy to get to things. Pillows were very thin & we needed extras. No hand-towels provided & we had to ask every day for one. WiFi didn't work on the 4th floor - could only get it to work in the lobby or not at all. All staff were very friendly & very helpful. Good basic breakfast - well adequate for a good start to the day. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, only 2 RER stops from Chatelet-Les-Halles. The hotel is very nicely renovated and has a contemporary design. Our room was a little small but that's Paris I guess. I can very much recommend this hotel.
