Hotel is very run down, everything is old and worn, and a lot of thing (pool beds/bar tables) were broken. The hot looks nothing like the pictures. Hotel was clean and staff were reasonably helpful. Not a bad place to stay if you have low expectations of it and get a good rates, but at current prices, there is better value elsewhere in Ao Nang. We had higher expectations due to the photos and so were disappointed (enough to move change hotels).

large rooms with huge marble bathrooms and big balcony - sea view interruptrd by large building site. service good - staff at breakfast very friendly - good value for money

Excellent hotel, location away from beach but close to other shops, hotels & restaurants,etc. Restaurant prices quite high in comparison with other local restaurant, breakfast a bit restricted (probably due to lack of guests) during our stay (low season). Spa and pool outstanding, staff friendly and helpful. Would go back again.

This hotel was gorgeous! The rooms were very lavish and the swing on the balcony was luxury. The only downfall of the hotel was that it was a little bit far from the action but still walkable. The staff were very friendly and the food was pretty good. Highly recommend this one!

The rooms are immaculately clean, large and beautifully decorated in Thai style, with dark wooden floors and furniture. The swimming pool is three tiered and deep enough to stay cool despite catching the sun for most of the day. There is a rooftop restaurant which is a perfect location for leisurely breakfast. The general ambience was very quiet, even over a weekend when many short break visitors arrived. Many guests went out for day trips so there was plenty of room by the pool. Staff were charming and very helpful. The location was perfect for me - a little out of town but only 10 minutes walk or a quick 20 baht samlor ride. Plenty of drivers wait in the road near the hotel.
